SCBiz Lunch & Learn: SEO & How to Use it to Grow Your Business

On Tuesday April 25, 2022 at 12pm, for our monthly meetup, SCB will be hosting our 2nd "Lunch & Learn!" The topic is "SEO & How to Use It To Grow Your Business."  Marketing Expert Lauren Yek will be teaching us all the basics of Search Engine Optimization, which essentially means how to drive traffic to your website directly through search engines.  This amazing event will benefit everyone no matter where you are on the SEO or website spectrum because the event will have the "learn" component as well as a "networking" component. Come learn how to grow your business through SEO and meet other small business owners within the SoCal community!

SEO is especially important for business owners because you can't rely on just one path to drive traffic to your website. You have to diversify. What happens if social platforms go down, die, get banned or your account gets hacked and you can't access it anymore?  For those who don't have websites yet, learning SEO basics before you build will save you lots of time from the outset. If you already know a lot about SEO or have an SEO company, come join us anyway!  There will be a lot of local small business owners to meet. 

This event is also wonderful for solo-preneurs whose main revenue stream is in-person markets. Learn how to get traffic to your site through search engines so you can take your business to the next level!

The event is scheduled 12pm-1:30pm but you are welcome to stay as long as your schedule allows. If you need to leave early, that's ok. The line-up is:
